When will my first box arrive?

If you order after the 15th of the month through the 4th of the next month, your first box ships within a week of your order (usually on Friday, unless that falls on a holiday!) 

If you order between the 5th and 15th of the month, you have ordered during our pre-sale period for the month, and your first box will ship the week following the 15th of the month (usually on the 16th or 17th of the month).

You will receive a tracking number in your shipping email (coming from [email protected]) to let you know your box has shipped! Boxes ship Media Mail.

Following your first box, boxes ship the week following the 15th of each month.
