Do gift subscriptions renew?

If you choose "Give a gift" on the homepage, you'll have the choice to give either a recurring, renewing subscription gift, or a one-time gift.
Renewing Subscription Gifts
If you choose the subscription option, you are gifting a subscription, which will auto-renew with the frequency you chose (Monthly, every 3 Months, every 6 Months, or every 12 Months). Choosing to gift a subscription, you as the account creator and owner of the billing information, manage the account and will receive shipping notification to the account email address. You will enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. If you want to send a gift note when gifting a renewing subscription, check out this article.
When sending a subscription gift, you enter THE RECIPIENT'S SHIPPING ADDRESS, and your billing zipcode.
One-Time Gifts
If you choose the one-time option, you are giving a one-time gift for the duration that you chose (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months or 12 Months) and it will not renew. Choosing to gift a one-time gift, you can choose to either ship directly to the recipient, or to let them enter their own shipping address and be notified of their gift via email.
If you choose to notify your recipient via email, you will enter your gift recipient's email address and a gift message at checkout, and they will be notified of your gift and receive your gift message via email on the date you specify. The email they receive contains a link to click to claim their gift. They will create their own account, and receive their own shipping emails.
When sending a one-time gift, you will only enter your billing information, NOT the recipient's shipping address. The recipient will enter their shipping address.
